Whale Shark

shark.jpgPICTURE PERFECT: BBC Wildlife Photographer of the Year (2002) Duncan Murrell was startled by the sight of a giant fish gliding underneath him heading for the surface in Puerto Princesa Bay last week. It was a 20-foot whale shark that seemed to be working in cahoots with a swarm of tuna as it was herding a school of tiny jacks into a killing zone for the tuna to feast on just below the water surface.
